We generally charge by the hour for consulting services at rates shown here. However, some projects can occasionally be quoted at a fixed price and a sliding scale may be available for select non-profit organizations. We often recommend to new clients that they consider the per-project option during an evaluation phase. New clients also use our hourly support when they need immediate assistance.
